Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, and drive a high level of customer service. You will lead a team, support merchandising initiatives, and help meet sales objectives while facilitating off-site promotions and events.

You'll receive comprehensive training to build leadership capabilities and coach a team of retail sales consultants toward achieving service and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Provide coaching to a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Participate in best-in-class paid training to support leadership success.
