Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations alongside the store manager. You will drive merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while ensuring an outstanding customer experience with AT&T services.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants, coordinate promotional activities, and participate in leadership development and paid training designed to prepare you for advancement within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Provide extraordinary customer experiences with products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
