AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee store operations in our center of retail activity. With your leadership and retail knowledge, you’ll manage and develop a team, ensure customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment and technology, and participate in merchandising and product launches.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operation with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
