Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and coaching a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in sales or customer service, prior management experience, and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
