Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations and partner with the store manager on execution. You will oversee merchandising, product launches and promote best-in-class services to customers.

You will coach retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, participate in outreach events, and benefit from paid training that supports leadership growth in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Experience with merchandising, product launches and store operations.
• Ability to analyze issues and plan initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Support merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
• Engage in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
