Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, manage a team, and deliver best-in-class service to customers. You will supervise merchandising, product launches and promotional activities while ensuring a welcoming and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store
• Merchandising and product launches management to meet sales objectives
• Ensure customers experience best-in-class service
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants
• Participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events
• Store salary is complemented by monthly commission for meeting/exceeding sales goals
