Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily retail store operations and lead a team of sales consultants. You will work with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and driving sales objectives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will gain leadership experience through paid training and develop skills in coaching, planning, and collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of retail store with store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Participate in best-in-class training to develop leadership skills.
