Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches. You will coach a team of sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.

You’ll participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, with strong emphasis on leadership, planning, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
