Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ client service experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ retail store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat clients.
• Assist in strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Recruit and train a team of support managers and client-experience associates.
• Coach team to meet client service standards and policies.
• Create and manage in-store events, marketing and CRM activity.
• Implement visual merchandising to maximize space and drive sales.
• Manage inventory receipts, transfers and returns.
