Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the in-store sales and service experience and promote a strong sales culture. You will aim to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability while mentoring part-time and seasonal staff.

You will manage daily operations, stay current on apparel knowledge, and contribute to merchandising, events, and CRM activities to cultivate repeat business and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail store management experience.
• 2 years in a client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop a following of repeat clients.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and fabric.
• Assist with product and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer experience.
• Support store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business.
