Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive customer experiences that highlight our wireless products and services.

You will manage day-to-day operations, set sales goals, and mentor staff to achieve performance targets while partnering with leadership on store metrics and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail leadership.
• 1-2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Taking direction from store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identifying sales skill gaps and building development plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Running store operations – analyzing staffing, reporting financial and sales data, handling cash, ensuring store uptime and functionality.
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining store cleanliness and security.
• Leading store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Completing store opening/closing activities.
• Attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
