Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lancaster, PA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will train team members, schedule staff, and uphold Lids standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, problem-solving, and collaboration with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and maintain store standards across merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to drive sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs.
• Schedule and staff the store, and manage staffing within wage guidelines.
• Enforce company policies, discipline steps, and store procedures.
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and vendor promotions.
