La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a dynamic retail leader to drive personal and store sales, oversee a team of up to 15 direct reports, manage operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand’s standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor profitability, align merchandising and pricing to company guidelines, and lead meetings to sustain growth and community reputation.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a business unit with a sales retail emphasis.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Lead and supervise the employee life cycle including recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
• Enhance employee engagement and build a positive workplace culture while communicating effectively.
• Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks.
• Evaluate team performance and effectiveness; model the highest customer service standards.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events to improve the market and company.
