The role includes overseeing recruitment, training, and performance, optimizing store profitability, and ensuring flawless execution of processes and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a business unit with a sales retail emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
• Ability to work the schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
• Lead and supervise the employee life cycle, including recruitment, selection, training, development and succession planning, building a top-performing team.
• Champion brand strategy and ensure merchandising, pricing and product flow align with company standards.
• Sustain store profitability by managing P&L, financial metrics and margins; plan and execute sales promotions and events.
