Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Silverdale, WA seeks a dynamic Store Leader to drive personal and store sales, lead a team of up to 15, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will implement strategies to achieve revenue goals while upholding ethics, integrity and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching sales teams, optimizing P&L, aligning merchandising with brand guidelines, and promoting a positive work environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a retail sales environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve performance.
• Lead and supervise recruitment, training, development and succession planning.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and strong teams.
• Achieve store and annual operating benchmarks.
• Maintain profitability through P&L, metrics and margins.
• Model product knowledge and champion the brand experience.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and product flow align with standards.
• Run regular meetings and ensure system and process execution.
• Collaborate with support teams for operational excellence.
• Plan sales promotions and events to grow market share.
