Job summary

Trulieve in Glendale, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive key performance metrics while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and coach a team of 40+ employees in a fast-growing, regulated industry. Strong leadership and communication are essential; a Bachelor's degree and retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with four years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in English with customers and staff.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies.
• Ability to interact respectfully with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Plan strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with all SOPs and changes.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
