Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, manage inventory, and drive sales while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient experience. This role supervises 40+ employees, coaches staff, and maintains strong partner relationships.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service management experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong cash handling, communication, and data-analysis skills. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail or customer service management is advantageous.
• Proven ability to train, develop and evaluate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store personnel and daily operations.
• Track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and handle escalations.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget and manage confidentiality.
