Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy Manager In Training to support store leadership and learn day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will rotate through shifts to understand the business, vendors, and guest experience.

The role focuses on training, team development, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have a strong retail background and a passion for leadership and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year in retail, food service, or restaurant.
• Leadership: 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee and food service areas.
