Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the designated market. This full-time role develops you toward a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training plan with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow leadership skills, while gaining experience in customer service, merchandising, and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and align with leadership on retail operations.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Participate in the 16-week Store Manager In Training program with virtual and hands-on learning.
