Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives retail store operations to meet daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
• Lead Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensure payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reflect Goodwill branding at all times.
• Collaborate with community partners to promote Goodwill mission.
