Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to enhance the guest experience and lead a team in daily store operations. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operations tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and train Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include driving sales through customer engagement, maintaining visual standards, and coaching teammates on product presentation and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
