Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley in Maryland is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to drive store production and oversee Assistant Store Managers, the Production Team, and Donation Attendants.

You will lead daily operations, manage payroll and expenses, ensure excellent donor and customer service, maintain store standards, and collaborate with district leadership to achieve income and production goals.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations.
• Monitors payroll costs and operating costs, ensuring alignment with budget.
• Ensures exceptional customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Partners with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
