Job summary

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to reach daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Leads Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects Goodwill brand.
