Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations in Frederick, MD. You will drive performance, ensure excellent donor and customer service, and manage payroll and budgets.

The role emphasizes training Team Members, maintaining store standards, and collaborating with community partners to advance our mission. A strong leadership background is essential.

Formación

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Ensures store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Trains and develops Store Team Members.
• Travels to other GCNA locations to assist stores and attend trainings.
• Partners with support areas to ensure compliance with policies.
