Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. This role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising and operations, including recruiting and mentoring teammates and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

The role offers a progression from AIT to Assistant Manager with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour and full-time benefits, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and lead Teammates in daily store operations.
• Provide legendary guest service and drive sales.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and development of teammates.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Maintain visual standards and the store’s presentation.
• Support delegation and execution of store initiatives.
