The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager to help create the best possible shopping experience for Guests. The role blends sales, merchandising and operations, with leadership duties alongside the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager and includes higher-level responsibilities. Compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Willingness to recruit and develop new Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Lead Teammates, train others, and assist Store Manager when needed.
• Coordinate merchandising, displays and store operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new Teammates.
• Oversee store tasks with leadership to ensure smooth operation.
