Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering the best shopping experience for Guests. The role blends sales, merchandising, and operations, with progression opportunities from AIT to Assistant Manager.

You will help recruit, train, and motivate Teammates while driving store performance. The position is full-time with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environments.

• Ability to manage sales floor and basic store operations.

Responsibilities
