CVS Health is recruiting for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training prepares you for a CVS Store Manager role, with virtual and hands-on experiences guided by experienced leaders.

Participants work with the District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, gaining leadership exposure and development opportunities aligned with CVS values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team, communicating effectively
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
