Job summary

Carter's in Gambrills, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a front-line team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support recruiting, training, and performing store operations while maintaining Carter's standards and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
