Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bethesda, MD to lead a diverse team and drive exceptional customer service on the sales floor. You will welcome customers, coach staff, manage KPI-driven initiatives, and support merchandising and loss prevention efforts.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Schedule flexibility including weekends and evenings is expected.

• Coach team on service standards and omnichannel experiences.
• Plan, track, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and development of store team.
• Support merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
• Limit loss through strong customer service and operational controls.
