Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to uphold customer service excellence, drive sales goals, and lead partner development across operations and merchandising.

You will also assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and communicating with district partners to improve store performance. The role emphasizes a service-driven selling culture, community engagement, and adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail store management is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coach and develop team members on store performance and sales.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring for store staff.
