Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team. You will help with scheduling, training, merchandising, and local community engagement to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, strong communication, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment across various shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or 2–4 years retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to provide a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coach partners on performance, goals and development.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and onboarding new staff.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards across areas.
• Drive community events and loyalty initiatives to boost engagement.
