Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching partners, and maintaining merchandising standards across the store. This role emphasizes customer engagement, leadership development, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Provide coaching and recognition of excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Train partners on policies and procedures; develop team members to meet career goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, interviewing, and hiring; communicate with district and store partners.
• Assist in planning local events and driving community engagement.
