Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with retail management experience.
• Three years of retail management experience as a Store Manager.
• Valid Driver's License (Class C) and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Directs store operations to meet financial and sales targets.
• Interviews, hires, and onboarding for new hires.
• Supervises staff and manages staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinates shipments to maintain inventory and achieve sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures.
