Responsibilities

• Lead store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
• Train and develop staff in alignment with company standards.
• Review daily sales reports and financial procedures.
• Coordinate product flow and shipments to meet sales goals.
• Open/close the store, manage deposits, and maintain security.
• Provide excellent customer and donor service and resolve complaints.
• Supervise processing of donated goods for quality and sales readiness.
• Organize and rotate merchandise by category and color.
• Encourage team motivation through feedback and communication.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to leadership.
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
