Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a Store Leader to help manage a retail store and donation center. The role involves guiding daily operations, supervising staff, and coordinating sales efforts to meet financial goals.

Compensation begins at $22.00 per hour with annual merit increases and production bonuses; employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a generous discount. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of retail management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License (Class C) with car insurance.
• Willingness to travel to other stores within and outside the home district.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management, leadership, and operations of a retail store and donation center.
• Direct store activities to ensure financial performance and sales goals.
• Support Store Manager with hiring and onboarding; supervise staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Prepare daily sales reports, deposits, and maintain security per policies.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain adequate product inventory for sales targets.
