Starting salary begins at $61,000–$67,000 with annual merit increases and production bonuses; eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off and a generous team member discount.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in Business or related field and three years of retail management experience as a Store Manager; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License (Class C), car insurance and reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the retail store and donation center operations to achieve financial targets.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Manages staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinates shipments and ensures adequate product to meet sales goals.
• Monitors cash handling, daily reports, and adherence to security procedures.
• Provides staff training and development, including orientations and classes.
• Leads the team to maintain a positive work environment and strong customer service.
