Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in our stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure omni-channel operations.
• Apply listening and communication skills to coach team members and build relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers.
