Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Tennyson store in Denver, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. You will build a high-performing team, champion the Framebridge brand, and ensure smooth omni-channel operations with the manufacturing facility.

You will recruit and train staff, manage daily store operations, and coach your team in product knowledge and design guidance while adapting schedules to evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.
• Experience managing in a customer service/retail/hospitality environment.
• Strong, adaptable leadership and ability to coach a retail team.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
