Framebridge is seeking a Store Manager in Birmingham to lead a retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store results. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while coordinating with manufacturing to ensure smooth omni-channel operations and a seamless customer journey.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for design, and comfort with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing facility for seamless omni-channel operations.
• Train staff on product knowledge and design advice; coach teams accordingly.
• Organize in-store events with Framebridge marketing team.
• Provide sound judgment to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
