Framebridge, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Plano, TX store to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive store performance, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership to build and coach a high-performing retail team.
• Excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to engage customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Coordinate in-store events with Framebridge marketing team and coach staff.
