Job summary

Boot Barn seeks an experienced Store Manager in Great Falls, MT. The role drives sales, leads a team, delivers exceptional customer service, and partners with District leadership to optimize staffing, shrink, and expenses while upholding Boot Barn's values.

The position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Implement and uphold an environment of continuous learning with expert product knowledge across categories.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate to District Manager.
• Analyze and measure business trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Review sales goals with partners and provide coaching and recognition.
