Boot Barn seeks a Store Manager who will drive exceptional customer service, profitability, and leadership across daily operations in a West Virginia store. The role partners with district leadership to sustain growth and a best-in-class guest experience.

The Store Manager builds strong teams, coaches for results, and ensures compliance with scheduling, payroll, and company policy to uphold Boots Barn standards and community values.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop product knowledge across categories and create training plans for staff.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate with the District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and meet key performance metrics.
• Review sales goals with partners and provide coaching and recognition.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage payroll implications.
• Adapt schedules and train staff on new policies and directives.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising, and signatgures per guidelines.
• Coach associates in driving customer engagement through loyalty programs.
• Plan and execute experiential events with the District Manager.
• Ensure leadership matrix roles are understood by the store team.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and adhere to attendance policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.
