Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred or strong leadership in a retail setting.

• Flexible shift availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by meeting financial goals.
• Lead KPI initiatives through training and development of associates.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and floor sets.
• Develop exceptional customer service and ensure a customer-centric store experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead employees in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Oversee store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and safety.
