Duluth Trading Company in Independence, MO is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales, service, and store operations with a WOW! customer experience mindset.

You’ll drive growth by meeting budgeted goals, oversee visual merchandising, and coordinate promotions and inventory with district leadership. You’ll recruit, train, and coach a team, manage scheduling, ensure exceptional customer service and cleanliness, and uphold safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Five years of retail experience with at least three in management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and profitability to meet or exceed store budgets.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure store operations, cleanliness, security, and safety.
