Duluth Trading Company in Thornton, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who embodies our WOW! customer service standard.

You will lead sales goals, train and motivate associates, manage staffing, and ensure clean, well-merchandised floors while delivering exceptional brand experiences.

This role demands strong leadership, integrity and teamwork, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Three years of retail experience with at least one year in management.
• Retail management experience is preferred; specialty retail leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and profitability by achieving financial goals.
• Develop KPI initiatives through Associate training and development.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and floor-sets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and brand knowledge; lead the team in these efforts.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate and lead employees with Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and proper cash handling.
