Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, expenses, cash controls, and financial reporting to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain store presentation, inventory levels, and signage to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and nonprofit retail operations.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends, as assigned.
