Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in planning and directing daily store operations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff; provide performance feedback.
• Evaluate employee performance and address issues promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels to meet revenue goals.
• Support scheduling and staffing to meet business needs and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure cash controls and accurate financial reporting; uphold company policies.
