The role involves cash handling, promotions setup, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the store. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, retail experience is a plus, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Aufgaben

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Demonstrate high level of service and engagement and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Ensure customer profile information is accurately recorded.
• Respond proactively with positive resolutions to customer concerns and make decisions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and floor-set messaging.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Execute and supervise reception, transfers, hanging, steaming, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide clear and regular feedback to employees.
• Adhere to company guidelines and set a positive example.
• Understand, execute and train all cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Process all register functions and ensure compliance.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms as directed.
• Maintain safety of employees and customers and report concerns to Store Manager.
