Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando to assist the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the Manager on Duty, coach staff, and contribute to achieving financial targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience and 1 year in a supervisory role, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Knowledge of POS systems and LeafLogix is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or high-paced customer service environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive revenue opportunities by aligning selling behaviors with brand culture.
• Monitor customer service quality and coach team members.
• Represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador and educate guests on products.
• Supervise store operations including opening/closing and scheduling.
